The service is made up of four teams that each cover the different parts of the Black Country: Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton.
You will be supported by one team depending on where you live.
Each team is made up of a variety of professionals who can support you in different ways.
During your time being supported by the service you might meet the following people:
Team manager, Clinical Lead, Community Psychiatric Nurse, Physical Health Nurse, Psychologist, Assistant Psychologist, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Psychiatrist, Care Co-ordinator, STR Worker, Medical Secretary and Administration Team.
The main ethos that runs throughout the service is hope. There is nothing more rewarding than supporting people through their recovery so they can achieve their goals and live lives they want to lead.
