Community Mental Health Services

Our community mental health teams provide care for people recovering from an ongoing mental health condition in the community.

We aim to improve independence and access to community care, and increase stability in the lives of service users and their carers. The team includes a number of different professionals working together, who have experience of helping people with mental health problems.The team includes a number of different professionals working together, who have experience of helping people with mental health problems including community mental health nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, support staff, psychologists, consultant psychiatrists.
