If you live in the Black Country and provide unpaid care to a child or young person aged 0-25 years with a learning disability, even if they currently live elsewhere we would like to hear from you!
The responses to this survey will inform a project called “Getting it Right” led by family-led UK charity The Challenging Behaviour Foundation (CBF) in collaboration with Black Country NHS Healthcare Trust. The project team is committed to listening to family carers and learning about services you value and those that could be improved. We want to use this information to improve services in the Black Country for families caring for a loved one with challenging behaviour.
To take part you can be anyone who lives in the Black Country and provides unpaid care to a child or young person aged 0-25 years with a learning disability even if they currently live elsewhere. Whether you are a grandparent, sibling, foster carer or parent we want to hear your views.
We would be very grateful if you could complete this survey by the 29th November 2021. It should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete, and all responses will remain confidential.
