We are excited to announce that our 2024 governor elections are now open and we are looking for members of the public and staff to nominate themselves to join our friendly team of governors.
Our governors help make a positive impact on the health, happiness and wellbeing of our vibrant Black Country communities. They bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and ideas, and represent the diversity of our patients, members and local communities.
We are now looking for people who are passionate about local NHS services and our communities. You do not need experience of working in the NHS or as a governor to apply; you will receive ongoing training and support to ensure you have the confidence and skills to carry out the role.
As a Trust we are passionate about anti-racism, disability inclusion, and LGBTQ+ equality, and particularly welcome applications from people who belong to a minority or marginalised community.
Governors have the opportunity to help shape the future of Trust services by sharing their views and experiences, and advocating for the communities or groups they represent.
