Our Chief People Officer, Ashi Williams has announced that she will be leaving the Trust at the end of July to take up the position of Chief People Officer over South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust and George Elliot Hospital NHS Trust.
Ashi has been with the Trust for 10 years, and in that time has shown great leadership and commitment to her role. With a passion for developing our people, Ashi has worked tirelessly to advocate for the people agenda, bringing focus around culture, equality, diversity and inclusion and health and wellbeing.
Reflecting on her time with the Trust Ashi said “I have worked with so many amazing people. It’s truly remarkable to see the difference colleagues make and the dedication to their roles shines through. I will be sad to leave, but I am looking forward to new challenges.”
