We have over 4,000 staff and we’re passionate about celebrating and recognising their achievements.
The Black Country Awards for Talent and Achievement (BAFTAs) provides us an opportunity recognise the hard work and dedication of both our clinical and non-clinical staff, working within our acute hospitals and within the community.

Each and every day our staff are doing amazing things to care for the people who use our services, to support and look after each other, to encourage colleagues to develop and grow, to improve our working environment and to make people smile.

In 2024, the awards will be in its fourth year and will be our third in-person staff awards for Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

Nominating our staff, and for staff to nominate their colleagues can go a long way. It doesn't take long, and you could really make big impact by doing so. Please follow the instructions below on how you can nominate for our Compassionate Care Award.

Nominations are open from Monday 17 June 2024 and will close on Friday 16 August 2024.

Our judges will shortlist nominations and winners will be announced at our celebration event in November 2024.
